Annual Pellet Service $250.00
With our “Annual Pellet” cleaning one of our trained technicians will come out and inspect your entire system, which includes the appliance and the venting outside. This is a diagnostic, tear down cleaning that involves most or all the vital components of the pellet device.
The venting for the appliance will also be cleaned and inspected and if necessary sealed properly. When we are finished, we will start the stove and verify the appliance is working properly.
During the visit, if you have any question regarding the appliance, how to use and care for it, or want to become more knowledgeable, just ask. Our technicians are trained to assist and educate the end user on the best practices to empower you to get the most out of your pellet heating investment.
Annual Wood Service $250.00
Replace Paragraph underneath with:
- Inspect/Clean Combustion Chamber
- Inspect/Replace Gaskets and seals.
- Clean Chimney liner if applicable
- Clean all surfaces from dust and dirt.
- Clean glass
- Remove ash from the pan and firebox.
- Disassemble chimney connector (section or sections of wood stove venting connecting stove to chimney) and take it outdoors for inspection and cleaning.
- Remaining chimney sections are charged as a standard service call fee.

Annual Gas Service $250.00
- Inspect/Clean pilot assembly and test fire unit.
- Check visible venting and drafting.
- Vacuum bottom of firebox, burners and replace embers.
- Test for gas leaks and carbon monoxide.
- Clean glass front
- Touch up any chipped or damage service.
