Why an Electric Fireplace

A Fireplace Anywhere There's a Wall

An electric fireplace is the one that goes where nothing else can: a condo, a bedroom, an office, a wall in the middle of the house. No venting, no gas line, no chimney—a SimpliFire plugs in or hardwires, and the flame runs with or without the heater.

The linear and built-in models we carry are long, low ribbons of light with adjustable flame colors; the wall-mount units hang like a television. All of them add supplemental heat—enough to take the chill off a room, not to carry a house through a Seacoast winter. For that, look at pellet or gas.

Get an instant installed estimate. If you want it built into a wall with a mantel or a tile surround, our crew frames and finishes it.

From a New Fireplace

"We love our new fireplace. It looks great and takes up so much less room! Fallons was a pleasure to deal with and they are very responsive. We highly recommend them"

Does an electric fireplace heat a room?
It adds supplemental heat—roughly what a space heater does—enough for a bedroom or an office. It isn't a primary heat source for a New England house.
Do I need an electrician?
Plug-in models run on a standard outlet. Built-in and hardwired units need a dedicated circuit, and we coordinate that with your electrician.
Can it go in a condo?
Yes. No venting and no combustion means most condo rules allow it. Check with your association; we'll give you the spec sheet.
Is the flame realistic?
The SimpliFire models we sell use LED flame effects with adjustable colors and brightness. Come see one running in the showroom—it's the easiest way to decide.
