Fireplace & Stove Repair in Seacoast NH, ME & MA
Igniters, augers, blowers, thermostats, pilots, gaskets—diagnosed and fixed by factory-trained technicians across the Seacoast, any month of the year.
When It Quits
Bring Us the Stove Nobody Else Wants to Work On
A pellet stove that won't feed. A gas fireplace that clicks and never lights. A blower that screams, a remote that's dead, a smell that wasn't there last year. Hearth appliances fail in specific ways, and fixing them well takes someone who knows the unit—not a handyman with a multimeter.
Our technicians are factory trained on the lines we sell, and we service every brand we sell or have sold over the years, whether or not we installed it. Tell us the brand, the model if you have it, and what it's doing; we come out, diagnose it, and fix it—often on the first visit with parts from the truck. Service calls run year-round. If the repair starts looking like more than the unit is worth, we'll tell you that too, and price a replacement with the installed estimate.

Igniters, augers, feed motors, combustion and convection blowers, thermostats and control boards, vacuum switches, gaskets.
Gas
Fireplaces, Inserts & Stoves
Pilots and thermocouples, ignition modules, valves, remotes and wall switches, fans, glass gaskets, log and ember sets.
Wood

Venting & Draft
The pipe, the liner, the termination, and the clearances checked with the unit, because half of what looks like a stove problem is a venting problem.
Wood & Pellet
Chimneys & Liners
Where we started in 1979: chimney inspections, stainless liners, caps, and dampers, and the creosote check that rides along with every wood or pellet service.

Installed by Someone Else?
If it's a brand we carry or have carried, we'll service it, no matter who installed it. Tell us the brand and model and we'll let you know.

3 Steps to a Working Stove
Tell Us What It's Doing
Brand, model, fuel, and the symptom—won't light, won't feed, shuts down, smells, won't heat. The more you tell us, the better the truck is stocked.
Get a Diagnosis
A factory-trained technician tests the unit and the venting and tells you what's wrong and what the fix costs.
Get It Fixed
Common parts are on the truck. Anything special-ordered is scheduled as a quick follow-up—and the unit is tested before we leave.

Schedule a Service Call
Tell us the unit and the symptom. We'll call to schedule the visit. The brand and model matter more than you'd think: they let us stock the truck before we drive, so we show up ready instead of showing up twice.
In season the schedule fills fast. If the heat is out entirely, say so in the notes and call the showroom too.
Where the Tag Is
Most units keep the model and serial plate behind the bottom louver, inside the control compartment, or on the back plate. A phone photo of the tag works great.

From a Service Call
"We started looking for a new business to service our pellet stove since the company we used for years didnt travel this distance anymore. Jesse showed up to repair, clean and service our stove. Jesse did a great job, super friendly, hard worker. He went over a few other items about the stove that our previous company who we bought from and serviced never went over with us. Great work. Good representative for your business. We will keep our service with them."
