Before the Cold, Every Year

Annual Fireplace & Stove Service in Seacoast NH, ME & MA

A full tear-down cleaning and safety check on your pellet, gas, or wood unit—by the factory-trained technicians who installed it—before the season starts.

Why Every Year

A Clean Stove Is a Safe Stove—and a Cheaper One to Run

Every hearth appliance builds up ash, soot, and wear over a winter. Pellet augers and blowers clog, wood stoves load the liner with creosote, and gas pilots and burners drift out of tune. Left alone, the unit burns more fuel, heats less, and eventually quits—usually in January, when the parts and the technician are hardest to get.

Our annual service is a diagnostic, tear-down cleaning of the whole system: the appliance and the venting outside it. One visit for pellet, wood, or gas; call or book online for a quote on your unit. When the technician is done, the unit is started and verified, and you get straight answers to anything you want to know about running it. One thing to know: annual cleanings run May 1 through August 31. From September on, our technicians focus on repairs and service calls, so the cleaning has to be on the calendar before the cold.

Get Instant Estimate
How much is annual service?
Call or book online for a quote on your unit. The visit is a full tear-down cleaning of the appliance and its venting, plus a start-up and check. Extra chimney sections on wood systems are a standard service call, and a few models carry an additional fee we'll quote up front.
When should I book it?
May 1 through August 31, before the heating season starts. From September on, our technicians focus on repairs and service calls. Book now for next spring and we'll hold your spot on the May–August schedule.
Do you service units you didn't install?
Yes. If it's a brand we sell or have sold, we service it, whether or not we installed it. Tell us the brand and model and we'll let you know.
How long does the visit take?
Most annual cleanings take an hour or two, depending on the unit and how it was run. The technician tells you when the start-up and check are done.
What if the technician finds a problem?
You hear about it on the spot, with the fix and the cost. Small parts are often on the truck; anything ordered is scheduled as a follow-up.
